With stunning views over our Californian style coastal garden and out to the sea - be enchanted by sparkling blue days and magical sunsets. Just walk through the door and feel transported into dream holiday mode.

- A downstairs apartment with 2x bedrooms with luxurious queen beds for a restful sleep. You can hire this apartment as a 1 bedroom (base rate) for a solo or romantic escape, or add on the additional bedroom for a maximum 4 people ($60 per night extra).

- Ensuite for main bedroom, and second bedroom has a separate shower and toilet.

- A large entertainers kitchen - set up for those who love to cook, catch up over a wine on the bar stools and making meals together. It has all the amenities you need for your stay

- A large living room for socialising and lounging which looks out over the sea and the our Californian style decorative garden which changes in blooms with the seasons.

- A private rear courtyard and an outdoor entertaining area, with 2 picnic tables and BBQ

- Love your morning buzz? No need to leave, as we have both a Nespresso compatible coffee machine with complimentary Kicco coffee pods and a Bodum French Press with complimentary Goodness Coffee fresh grounds. Tea lover? We have you sorted with Tea Tonic tea bags and loose leaf. - All linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

- We offer basic pantry items, and complimentary McLaren Vale wine to get you started, but a range of hampers, breakfast provisions and drinks can be added at time of booking.

NOTES:

From $330 per night for 2 people (varies between low-peak season). The price on booking form is for 2 people. For 4 people or second bedroom use, price is $60 per night extra and will be amended at invoice.

Due to the nature of the property, it is not suited for children from 1-14 years.
This apartment is for guests only, visitors are not permitted.

The downstairs apartment, while not set up with disability rails, does not have any stairs, so can be suitable for mobility issues.
